Ingredients
- 2oz Empress Indigo Gin
- 1oz Aperol
- 1oz California Falernum
- 1oz Pineapple Juice
- 1oz Lime Juice
- Sparkling Water to top
Directions
- Shake the Aperol, Falernum, lime and pineapple juices with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a glass and add a splash of sparkling water.
- Pour the Empress Gin over the back of a spoon to float on top of cocktail.
