Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats (baked with honey)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds (sliced, chopped or whole)
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup candied ginger (chopped into small pieces)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  • Mix 1 cup of oats with 2 tablespoons of honey.
  • Spread the oats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crispy. Let them cool completely.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooled honey-baked oats, chocolate chips, almonds, dried coconut, and candied ginger.
  • Toss and enjoy: Stir everything together until evenly distributed. Store in an airtight container for easy snacking!
