Prepare the Eggs:
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the milk or cream, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and slightly frothy.
Cook the Scrambled Eggs:
Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Pour in the beaten eggs. Let them cook undisturbed for a few moments until the edges start to set.

Remove from heat.
