White Guy Tacos

Kamala Harris: “That’s okay. Do you add any flavor in it?”

Tim Walz: “Uh, no. Black pepper is pretty much the top of the spice level in Minnesota, ya know.”

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef at least 80% lean
• ⅔ cup water
• 1 packet mild taco seasoning mix
• 1 package flour and/or crunchy taco shells
• 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 bag shredded lettuce
• ¾ cup tomato diced
• 1 cup sour cream

Directions

Cook the Beef:

• In a skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked.
• Drain the fat.

Add Seasonings:

• Stir in water and taco seasoning mix.
• Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.

Serve:

• Spoon the seasoned ground beef mixture into each taco shell or tortilla.
• Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and/or sour cream.
